This is a print of a Wild T3 theodolite in 1/4th scale. I made it as a Christmas ornament for surveyors. Scope snaps in and so does the base. For the detailed super awesome print see Wild T3 in FUD.
They can be dyed as they are printed, however, these are printed with a laser sintered plastic and should be sealed after dying for best longevity. They should also be sealed prior to painting. Basically they are porous by nature. I use Future floor shine by Pledge, however, any sealer for plastic will work.
This model is designed with screw threads in the bottom to screw into the matching legs. The legs can be found here.

If replacement parts are ever needed the three assemblies can be had separately at scope, upper portion and base
