Product Description
Debuting in the spring of 1918, the Hansa-Brandenburg W.29 was a high-performance monoplane floatplane with one or two forward-firing machine guns and one for the observer.  Its success with the German navy led to post-Armistice use by the Austro-Hungarian, Danish, and Japanese air services.

This is a late-model W.29 with the wide-back tail. There is also an early-model W.29 available.

This model comes in two scales: 1:144 and 1:285/6mm/1:288.  There are two planes in the 1:285 product, joined by a disposable link or links.  One is an early-model W.29; the other is late-model.  In Detail Plastic, the 1:285 product has an attached, semi-translucent propeller disk rather than propeller blades, since blades are hard to print at the smaller scale.  You may mount them or discard them, as you prefer.
