Note that this model has NOT a pivoting axis in plastic, this model is design to have a metal axis/shaft (not included in the kit).
II recommend using a 1mm drill that is cut to the correct length before mounting it in the model.

This is a set of all the part for mount a working modern railroad crossing on yours model railroad layout.
Scale: HO 1:87
Designed to be as close as possible in dimensions to the original, the durable nature of the model "matches" reality, so be very careful when working and picking up the model.
The model is intended to replicate Swedish half-barriers for roads that are 6900-8700 mm in road width.

My experience is that this type of boom drive for railway barriers started to be used in Sweden from 1980 to the present.

0.14 mm soft fishing line.
Red & yellow paint.
The Round Aluminum Tube is K&S Engineering #KS101 external diameter 3/32"(2.38 mm)
It is up to the hobbyist to build the drive to make the boom move.

The tube is K&S Engineering #1008 ø1/16"(1.57mm) 0.014"(0.355mm)
