DZ40X2 (Body)

This is a Dual 18650 DNA40 mod and is intended to use onboard switches, built in charger and a Varitube 22mm spring loaded 510. The mod also features a partially recessed nut for the 510 and extra recess next to it for the negative soldered on nut. 

This is a 3D printed box and parts, some sanding maybe required for desired fit. 3D printed boxes can come in several colors, mix and match to your liking. 

Required parts to complete assembly.  

• 1 Varitube 22mm spring loaded 510 
• 1 Keystone 1048 battery sled 
• 6 #2-28 1/4 Thread-Forming Torx Screw for Plastics These come in a pack of 50
• 1 DNA40
• 1 Micro USB Charger

Required 3D Printed Parts.

• 1 DZ40X2 Door
• 1 DZ40X Switches

Note:

It is intended all parts be glued/epoxied in place. This mod utilizes the new rails on the DNA40 and cannot be used with other DNA boards.

This mod assembly has been purchased and tested on 11/17 and all checks out, I did do some minor sanding on the switches for easier movement other than that I will post pics as soon as I snap some.
