HO Scale DPM Townhouse #3 Foundation

Another foundation add on for a DPM Townhouse kit- for townhouse #3. This one has a basement enterance like a Brown Stone. Since I'll have three of these next to each other this will give one a unique feel.

There may be slight variations in the DPM Townhouse kits becasue different people can sand different amounts off the walls, leading to slightly different dimensions.

This is designed for the brick face townhouse with the shutters.

The model no longer has the rear porch roof as shown in some of the pictures. Under the new pricing it was too much to make with that detail Look at the render to see what the model looks like now.
