The model is hollow to reduce printing costs along with a hole for drainage that would work well for a 2.5mm diameter pole for mounting.
The white plastic material option is chosen to keep costs down for a model at this size, however it will need some preparation to smooth the surface and paint with metallic paint to achieve the chrome effect.
