These are the tiles for the Hyperbolic 29 puzzle, a hinged version of the classic 15 Puzzle, where five squares meet at every corner, rather than the usual four.
The frame for the puzzle is SOLD SEPARATELY, at https://shpws.me/SJr9.
The numerals are indented into each tile. To make them more visible, you may want to carefully paint over them, or glue on printed numerals. I 3D printed numerals on a desktop printer, using this file: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4897366.
