Silo caps for a 1/93 diorama
If you are planning to make a 1/93 diorama of the 1999 moon Nuclear Disposal Area, you will need these silo caps.
I've designed them screen accurate as much as possible with the live studio model.
RIGHT SCALE: I've calculated the real scale of the old 1/72 Eagle scale models and they must be around 1/93. If the live studio model is about 28 metres, and the supposed 1/72 model kits are 30 cm long, the scale is approximately 1/93.
This diorama set fits the following 1/72 (wrong scale) models:
-Airfix Eagle
-Fundimensions Eagle
-MPC Eagle
-AMT ERTL Eagle
-Product Enterprise Eagle
You can lighten the tip light with a 1 mm led. The silo caps have a predrilled hole under the cone.
You can build the cylindrical base easily with some styrene sheets, and put on top these silo caps.
I've designed too a set of 1/93 astronauts and boxes for a diorama, that you can find in my shop too.
In this product you will receive 2 -two- silo caps on sprues. Remove them before fly!
