The term "man-of-war" was historically applied to any heavily-armed ship, but today, it is usually associated with massive fighting galleons. This particular model, armed with 90 guns, is based on the largest Dutch ships-of-the-line from the 17th century. Therefore, this is a "Dutchman-of-War." Eh, eh? I'll see myself out. But in all seriousness, this ship is not meant to be any specific Dutch warship, but contains many of the design characteristics common among ships of the period.
The small variant is approximately 1/1400 scale.
The large variant is exactly twice as large, thus approximately 1/700 scale.
