TA06 Right Side Steering Arm

This part allow you to switch you steering servo from the left side to the right side on a Tamiya TA06. It is a beefed up version of the kit plastic part. If you have the Yeah Racing aluminium steering set you will need to cut the boss off which is on the hole which links the steering arm to the cross wiper. To prepare the part, drill the main pivot hole with a 3.05 or 3.1mm drill. Drill the smaller holes with a 2.5mm drill and tap M3 for the ball screw and cross wiper mount. To fit, the servo tray will need trimming to fit on the right, then i recommend you use the trimmed tray to guide you drill putting two 3mm holes in the deck. You will need to open countersinks on the underside of the deck. I recommend doing this by hand with a stanley knife, carefully checking with a countersink screw until they are flush with the deck. Or you can use the hop up carbon servo tray from the FF03 which isn't handed.
