Product Description
The 82nd "All-American" Airborne Division is an airborne infantry division of the United States Army, specializing in parachute assault operations into denied areas. Based at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, the 82nd Airborne Division is part of the XVIII Airborne Corps. The 82nd Airborne Division is the US Army's most strategically mobile division. During World War II, the 82nd Airborne Division was now ready for the most ambitious airborne operation of the war so far, as part of Operation Neptune, the Allied invasion of Normandy. The division conducted Mission Boston, part of the airborne assault phase of the n Operation Overlord plan (the D-Day landings and airborne landings on June 6, 1944, in Normandy, France). More recently, the 82nd Airborne has been conducting operations in Iraq, advising and assisting Iraqi Security Forces.
This kit contains all necessary parts for assembling ONE figure bust at 1/9 scale (200mm) and requires cleaning and painting. Any extra diorama accessories are not included and should be purchased separately.
