Product Description
This part in conjunction with the top plate allows you to install closed ends on your Tamiya Thundershot, Thunder Dragon, Terra Scorcher or Fire Dragon. Still requies the use of a stick pack battery. Does not fit square Lipo. Useful for tracks where enclosed batteries are a safety requirement.
To prepare the part for use check all the excess printing material is removed and carefully run a 1.5mm drill through the body clip holes in the posts. Be very careful as it is possible to snap the posts off if you apply too much pressure.
To install you need to have fitted the battery retainer top plate

With battery installed in the chassis, slide the posts on this part through the corresponding holes on the top plate and push 2 body clips through the cross holes to retain. I found on the Thunder Dragon body that you need to use small R clips in the front posts to stop the clips catching the body.
