This beautiful pendant is based upon a Da Vinci stye Stellated Vector Equilibrium and has an outer sphere made from 6 rings so that it is comfortable to wear. It also has 3 inner rings for a total of 9.
The Vector Equilibrium is a foundational geometry upon which this world is based.  According to Buckminster Fuller, the fabric of spacetime itself is an interconnected lattice of vector equilibrium shapes.
