PL-4 Dwarf signal Pennsy RR 4 heads

Four PL-4 Dwarf signal heads. Back not included. They can be made operational with 1.8 MM LEDs and magnet wire. Remove attaching tabs.  The Dwarf signal are very small and are oversize even using the smaller LEDs. These are low cost signaling for the Pennsy model railroader.   These look so much better painted with craft paint than the died black I just list the cheaper white.
