This is an N Gauge model of a chaldron truck as commonly found both on early ‘Era 1’ railways and on industrial railways right up to the 1950s.
Necessary to Complete:
Graham Farish wagon wheels (x2)
Weight (there is space under the frames and within the body area)
Couplings (ELC couplings can be modified, but the method used is at the builder's discretion)
(NB small strips of styrene will hold the wheels in place)
