Galimek Heavy Cruiser

The reptilian Galimek are an old race, heavy, hidebound and humorless. Their homeworld and colonies stabilized millenia ago,  Their technology lacks innovation, as once they're satisified with the way  a tool works, it seldom receives more than minor modifications. Their fleet is made up of designs that are thousands of years old, with simple systems refined to near perfection.

The Galimek Type 7a heavy cruiser is a relatively young design, having only been in service for some 3,000 years. It's armed with a single spinal mass driver and multiple retractable short range beam turrets.
