This is the Mars Defense Perimeter Drone from TNG: "Best of Both Worlds". I tried to recreate the look by using the hulls of a Soviet Typhoon Class submarine and two Los Angeles Class submarines as nacelles, just as the actual studio model was build from parts taken from those model kits. The same model also appeared at the Qualor II junkyard in TNG: "Unification" and as the Soliton Wave Rider in TNG: "New Ground". The shots from "BOBW" and "New Ground" don't allow to determine a size. But at the Qualor II junkyard the Enterprise-D passes one of these in the background. When comparing the absolute length on a screen cap, it seems as if the Drone is about half the length of a Galaxy Class warp nacelle (which is a bit over 250m long). So we get a lower limit of some 130m from this, but as the drone is much farther away from the camera it has to be even longer. How much exactly is difficult to say as we don't know the distance from the Enterprise-D. So i just estimate a nice round 200m here. I wouldn't think it should be much larger, as this is already quite big for an automated drone without any crew. But with this size it would make sense to use the same thing as the test vehicle in "New Ground, to test the effect the soliton wave would have to an actual starship and not only a small probe.
