Z-39 Torpedorohrsatz Vierling scale 1:50

This is the complete set of four torpedo tubes of the German destroyer Z-39 in scale 1:50, as it was handed over to the US-Navy in 1945. The torpedo tubes were reconstructed after detailed drawings and pictures from the dry dock in Boston in 1945. The torpedo tubes are constructed in such a way that they have a hole at the bottom of the foot where a tube can be passed through the deck to rotate the torpedo tubes. On the boards in front of the operator's platform you can place 2 life rafts. The openings of the tubes are adjusted in such a way that you can insert the right torpedoes into the tubes. With some skill you should be able to shoot these torpedoes with a compressed air line. The matching torpedoes will soon be published in my shop. This torpedo tube set is designed to be strong & flexible printable in spite of its detailed display. For Z-39 you need 2 of these torpedo tubes.

Dies ist der komplette vierer Torpedorohrsatz  des deutschen Zerstörers Z-39 im Massstab 1:50, wie er 1945 an die US-Navy übergeben wurde. Die Torpedorohre wurden nach Detailzeichnungen und an Hand von Bildern aus dem Trockendock in Boston 1945 rekonstruiert. Die Torpedorohre sind so aufgebaut das sie unten im Fuß ein Loch haben wo ein Rohr durch das Deck geführt werden kann um die Torpedorohre drehbar zu machen. Auf den Brettern vor dem Bedienstand kann man noch 2 Rettungsflöße legen. Die Öffnungen der Rohre sind so angepasst das man passende Torpedos in die Rohre schieben kann. Mit etwas Geschick sollte man mit einer Druckluftleitung diese Torpedos auch abschiessen können. Die passenden Torpedos werden bald in meinem Shop veröffentlicht. Dieser Torpedorohrsatz ist trotz seiner detailreichen Darstellung so konstruiert das er in strong & flexible druckbar ist. Für Z-39 braucht man 2 dieser Torpedorohre.
