Product Description
A set of 6 VTOL thrusters and 4 passenger pod landing pads for the 12" R2/MPC/Airfix Eagle kit! Parts are sprued, and care must be taken when cutting them free as they will be fragile at this size.
As with all my parts, remember: this is a CAD design for a kit that was NOT designed with the aid of a computer almost 40 years ago, and as such may not be an exact fit to the kit parts, but will be very, very close and only require some minor modification, if at all. EXTRA BONUS! It has been discovered by modeler Paul Costello that the Passenger Pod Pads are a good fit for landing gear on R2's new HAWK kit, see attached pic courtesy of Paul Costello! Since there is no definitive landing gear for the Hawk, here is a perfect solution!
