*Note this model comes with two sets of arms to articulate them how you may desire. They are on a sprue in the cavity of the Pod.  They can be removed by sniping the ends of the sprue and carefully removing from the cavity.  Some cleanup of the sprues will be required to assemble the arms into the Pod.
