These models represent the 2.75 ton long-pattern Blomefield 32-pounder cannons fit to early 19th Century Royal Navy ships-of-the-line such as the 104-gun HMS Victory and 74-gun HMS Bellona. Victory carried 30 of these weapons at Trafalgar, all on the lower gun deck.
Although there were minor variations among real cannons, these models' dimensions match scaled drawings by noted naval historian Brian Lavery as shown in "Anatomy of the Ship: The 74-gun ship Bellona". The models feature King George monograms.
