Product Description
This is a model of the NSWGR UP starter bracket signal for the Werris Creek Station platforms. The Werris Creek Station has a triangular platform and this signal is to be found at the apex of the two platforms.

The model signal is lost wax cast brass from 3D printed wax masters.

A special White Strong and Flexible signal mechanism is required to mount this signal on, available here.

Also required is a set of Frosted Ultra Detail detail parts and signal arms for the two dolly posts above the signal bracket platform. These are available here.

The dolly posts sockets on the bracket platform have been designed to accept Ngineering brand 0.042 inch Stainless Steel tubing.

The dolly posts are 39 mm and 49mm long and these will need to be cut from the stainless steel tubing.

The Ngineering product numbers for the tubing are:

Ngineering 0.042 inch stainless steel tubing - N2042-2 (2 pack) or N2042-4 (4 pack)

The only source for this tubing that I have found in Australia is the Model Railroad Craftsman at Blacktown NSW. The tubing is not listed on the web site shop so must be ordered over the phone or of course by purchasing at the shop.

Alternatively Ngineering has a web site from which the tubing may be ordered:

http://ngineering.com/tubing.htm

Instructions for cutting the tubing are available on the Ngineering web site here:

http://ngineering.com/tubing_cutting_tips.htm

I investigated the Ngineering shipping cost to Australia and it was US$10.00

The operating rods for this signal are best made from 0.20 inch phosphor bronze wire. This wire is available from Tichy Train Group - Product: #1103.

O.015 inch phosphor bronze wire could also be used but the operating wire must be bent to pass behind the small wheels to get to the counterweight levers on each dolly post. The operating rods are bent as once wire as the wheels are too small to be used like bellcranks (I tried). The 0.015 inch wire is a bit too flexible for this.
