Product Description
The Salmon was a bogie rail wagon built in large numbers during BR's early years. Many were fitted with track handling cranes which allowed the loading, unloading and positioning of track lengths adjacent to the wagons.
The N Gauge Society produce a kit for the Salmon wagon and these cranes are designed to be used with these kits. They can also be used with the forthcoming Sturgeon wagons being produced by Revolution Trains.
Each print contains a generator, a slave crane and a control crane. As these were "bolt on" units positioning and arrangement varied widely.
