Product Description
Express your inner geek with mathematically arranged mathematical symbols! Each earing is comprised of twelve pi symbols arranged with tetrahedral symmetry. At four different locations, the right legs of three pi symbols spiral into each other, forming vortices in lieu of vertices.
Note: These earrings do not come with hooks. I will be offering them with hooks soon on Etsy. If interested, please contact me diametricarts@gmail.com and I will keep you posted.
A slightly larger plastic version of the earrings will soon be available. Check back in a few days.
The 12Pi design is also available as a pendant and a sculpture. The sculpture was on display at the 2017 Joint Math Meetings. It is also featured in the American Mathematical Society’s 2018 Calendar of Mathematical Imagery.
