The G'Kar-class Advanced Battlecruiser was designed following the Narn people joining the Interstellar Alliance.  Named in Homage to the great Narn G'Kar this battlecruiser was meant to take the place of the Bin'Tak design from the Narn Regime and benefitted from all the shared technology that the ISA had to offer.  More precise Jump Engines.
