Toxic Turtle: The Plastic

A project to raise awareness on the global issue that is microplastics in water and the Great Pacific Garbage Patch. Purchasing these charms will make a user be reminded to act more eco-friendly towards the environment. All proceeds will go to organizations that tackle this problem. Raise awareness and do your part by wearing this design as a pendant, keychain, or earings. The second part of the Toxic Turtle series, can be worn as earrings for the full set w/ Toxic Turtle: The Tire as the necklace.
The turtle symbolizes a well-loved animal(the turtle) being ignorantly eating a plastic soda holder. If humans don't step up to their consequences, there will be a negative effect on the environment globally. **I plan on iterating this design to a more realistic interpretation in the coming month. Stay tuned. I also will add filaments that are biodegradable and eco-friendly**
