Eltanni_Arsenal_Ship

The arsenal ship is, by Eltanni standards, sluggish and hard-shelled. Its loaded with torpedoes and missiles, and carries only a few light energy weapons for direct fire. The shipwrights who designed her did so to counter the Eltanni's innate aggressiveness by tying huge weights to their ankles and forcing them to use the seeking weapons.
