Product Description
A set of 6 1/25 scale scoops inspired by the Cal Custom 40-30 scoop of the 1960s. Great for those retro hot rod and rat rod projects.
These scoops are slightly wider, longer, taller, and more detailed than the other 6x2 wedge scoop we offer, and are intended to look good in either a 3x2 or 6x2 arrangement, such as atop MapleLeaf Modelworks' Stromberg 97 carburetors. They feature more internal detail as well--a slight depression within the mouth of he scoop allows application of a dark wash to create the impression of an open carburetor throat below.
These scoops are mounted on progressively taller spacer stacks, similar to the induction setup featured on the Tom Daniels "Pie Wagon" model kit.
