Product Description
This is the second style of blade plug. It has 12 channels instead of 10 and the channels are in line with 12 cutouts which let light through the sides, perfect for sabers with emitter windows or cutouts. A short piece of 7/8" blade material will fit inside to diffuse the cutouts if you prefer that look.
With this design it's a shine through hole which can be used as-is, or filtered with almost anything incliding a peice of paper to achieve the desired effect. It fits a 6-32 nylon screw from the inside of the center hole for perfect diffusion. It's .995 outside diameter so it will fit perfectly in almost any 1" bladed saber, and only 1.25" long so you can position it where it looks best in your saber.
The polished metallic plastic is no longer available, so I recommend black plastic and then you can spray paint your blade plug.
