Product Description
Chip carrier for MEMS silicon chip. Please contact for custom chip sizes from 5mm or larger. Square or rectangular chip sizes can be made on custom trays. Tweezer slots make it easier to pick up bare die. Lid frame is designed such that contact is only made on the outer part of the chip. Current models have 500um as the die thickness but this can be changed.
