Product Description
The Lysosome is primarily used as a cargo tug, ferrying larger cargo containers between space-stations, planetary surfaces, the larger space-vessels and well...wherever they need to be taken.
Variations of the Lysosome have been utilised in breakers yards, with upgraded and strengthed forward manipulator arms, while some have also had an accomodation unit permanetly secured in its main cargo-clamps and used as a personal transport frigate.
The Lysosome features two gimbaled main engines, with large blast shields to protect what ever has been placed between its main grips. Twin forward manipulators help with moving around items in space or with securing itself to larger things that need moving.

Please make sure the size of this model is a suitable match for the rest of your fleet before purchasing.

This model has a 2.8mm hole, allowing for a stand to be fitted. It is compatible with the stands available at the Shapeways shop 12 Models.

I like designing what could be considered the more "mundane" of space vehicles, so if anyone has any suggestions for a type of ship to add to my line up, they'd be more than welcome.
