This is my Narrow Gauge OO9 or HOn30 Talyllyn or Skarloey Railway Open Wagon (Type 2). It is based on the trucks seen on the Skarloey Railway in the Thomas & Friends television show. They are completely customizeable and for the details, see my youtube channel, Elsbridge Productions.
