This is a rescaled OO9 slate truck to work on OO scale track. It is no longer OO9 scale. If you want an OO9 scale slate truck, check out my shapeways store.
I suggest using Plastic Wheels for this truck so that if the axels are too long to fit in the axelboxes, you can sand the axels down in order to fit.
