Johnny Sokko Inspired Watch

This design is inspired by the Johnny Sokko and His Flying Robot series. It can be left a solid color as it has been printed or you can make it even more realistic by painting it to resemble the original!

Assembly Directions:
This watch comes with the face and base attached by a sprue. Upon delivery, CAREFULLY, remove the sprue with an exacto knife, snips or some other blade. (I used fingernail clippers designed for baby's fingernails.) Be sure to snip it as close to the hinge pin as possibly but DO NOT snip off the hinge pins themselves. This goes for the tips of the pins as well. The tips are designed with a slight offset that will lock in the hinge keeping the face and base from easily coming back apart.

Line up the hinge pins with the appropriate hole and carefully press the pins fully into place. You may want to rotate the two pieces back and forth (as if opening and closing the watch) as you push the pins through the holes. Once you have the head of the hinge pin fully through the hole your watch should open and close fairly easily.

The small catch tab on the side should click when you close it indicating the watch is completely closed. Gently lift the tab with your fingertip to open the watch.
