The parents of Annika Hansen (later known as Seven of Nine) used this ship to study the Borg for years until they were detected and subsequently assimilated. It is not quite clear if the ship is named "The Raven", "USS Raven" or "SS Raven" as all three variants were seen or mentioned in multiple episodes (one text on a computer screen even names the ship "Jefferies"). The "Star Trek Roleplaying Game" by Decipher names it the Arie Class.
