"The Kanohi Savitar, Mask of Lightning, gives the user control over lightning, though not to the extent of a Vo-Toa."
My first commission, a $50 design for DA user LegoMetal44 for his self-MOC Derick, based on the design of Savitar from the Flash TV Series. The mask is also designed with stud attachments in the eyes for lighting systems.
