This is the wand Magical Cutie Mary would use in early alpha versions of Magical Mary when transformed to purify her enemies using Lovely Heart! After drawing a heart with its tip and spinning it on her fingertip, she hits the heart she drew, shooting it at enemies, usually "purifying" them in one hit.
