This is a non-canon Gorn Light Cruiser or Frigate, based on the Gorn design seen in the remastered episode of TOS: "Arena". I scaled the ship, so that the main hull is approx. the same size as on the original ship from "Arena". The nacelles on the other hand are the same size as the two smaller ones on the Battlecruiser (also a non-canon design). I like to think they share some same components, like the Constitution and the Miranda Class, that also shares the same hull and nacelles just in another configuration.
