Warp 5 Complex Drydock 1/4400 Attack Wing

Original length: approx. 250m (Assumption, based on the size of the NX Class)

This is the Warp 5 Complex Drydock in which the NX-01 was built. Although ex-astris-scientia.org gives the length as some 320m, i made it just about 250m long. I placed a 3D model of the NX Class into it, and it looked way too big at 320m. In the scene where the NX-01 is launched, it looks as if the dock is just a little wider than the NX saucer, giving not too much clearance on each side. So i reduced the size of the dock to match that visually. At 250m the dock is just big enough to hold the 225m NX-01. At the time of the Episode, the NX Class is the newest and biggest ship of Starfleet and that dock is build directly for this kind of ship, why then building a bigger dock?
