Have an incomplete or damaged Dinky Eagle (from Space 1999)? Looking to replace the low-detail, stubby landing legs?
This is a detailed, longer landing leg to replace the single unit on the original Eagle. This version includes the back hinges and foot detail. Works exactly like the originals, but your Eagle will stand taller, prouder. More accurate!
Fit them to your disassembled Eagle exactly like the originals, with hinges aimed backwards, springs into the slots. Screw the body back together. NOTE: The metal ones may require a TINY bit of filing, but they work very beautifully!
YOU WILL NEED TO BUY FOUR OF THESE! Shapeways does not make it easy to sell four objects as one thing. And I believe there is a price break for multiples, so please, buy four. These are NOT compatible with the original Eagle legs, which are shorter!!! DO YOU WANT YOUR EAGLE TO LIMP!???!?!

If you can afford the metal ones, go with them, they can take some action. The Frosted Ultra Detail is more brittle, but Strong & Flexible is pretty strong. But the metal is gorgeous.
