Strip Coil VB

An early British Railways strip coil wagon used in South Wales and other parts of the UK. Initially unfitted and with wood-lined floors, they were later equipped with vacuum brakes and also steel rails on the floor to support the load. The model includes a pair of the heavier-duty plate-back bogies without the access holes of the more common design, a set of 8 brake levers (you only need 2, but may appreciate the spares).
