Product Description
From a request...the AGM-124A "Wasp"!

Developed starting in 1979, the AGM-124 "Wasp" was to be a small, self-guided "smart" munition carried in pods, several to an aircraft, to be launched in mass "swarms" against enemy armor formations, each individual missile seeking out it's own target.

Testing was carried out into the early 1980s, with initial production planned for 1987, but the entire program was cancelled in 1983.

A fascinating technological relic of the late Cold War, now available for your scale model projects!

This item is a four-pack of a six-tube launcher pod (modelled with frangible tail cone,) available in 1/72 and 1/48 scale.
