ENVE Wahoo Replacement Insert

If you need a replacement insert for the ENVE Garmin mount to fit a Wahoo ELEMNT or BOLT this is for you. It is a drop in replacement for the garmin insert. To install remove the M3 x 5 mm flat head screw in the middle of the Garmin insert and place it in the center of the Wahoo insert, then place the insert on the ENVE mount and tighten down. Please note that Garmin and Wahoo mounts are offset by 90°. Make sure it is oriended correctly before tightnenting down.

Two models available, make sure you select the correct one for your version of the Enve mount. The small is for the original version of the Enve mount, with only one notch on the side of the mount. The large size is designed for the newer longer Enve mount that has two notches on the edge of the adapter (note model only has one keyway).

• Small = Older / smaller Enve mount / nib inline with locking tabs
• Large = Newer / longer Enve mount / nib offset locking tabs

Why are there two choices for black?
All 3D prints are made from the same raw Nylon materials. Black Natural Versatile Plastic is a print that comes straight out of the printer, cleaned and then is simply placed in a dye bath. Black Natural Versatile Plastic is not polished or surface finished in any other manner. The result is a grainy/fuzzy surface texture. Professional plastic starts with colored raw material (either Gray and Black) resulting in more even and saturated color. Professional Plastic uses a newer process that produced a slightly stronger print. Professional Plastic has a smooth semi-gloss finish.
