Low CG Battery Tray for TRX-4

The Traxxas TRX-4 is a great truck, with lots of innovative new features.  Traxxas had a nice idea with the battery tray, but we thought we could make it better.  Using 3D imaging technology, we've taken full advantage of nearly every available cubic millimeter to lower the battery tray floor, lowering the center of gravity and making more room for more packs of different shapes and sizes.  Our tray includes slots for standard velcro battery straps so that you can secure your pack.

Our trays allow batteries up to 53mm between the side walls and up to 138mm from the lower edge of the front wall to the rear chassis brace.  Our companion rear chassis brace allows you to take even more advantage of the lower battery placement by making room for longer stick packs (like an 8000 mAh 2S pack) lower in the frame.
