Handy Replacement The original KVARTAL Glider Slider can be difficult to track down. Replace your glider slider female component with this 3D printed one and your sliding panel curtain system will be back in action. It's available in plastic and several metal materials.
Easy to Install This piece is one of several that make up the rail slider hardware assembly. This part has been printed, tested, and fits existing Ikea parts perfectly, but be aware that 3D printed parts have a +/- tolerance of about .1mm. Some light cleanup of holes or sanding of the part may be required to ensure a proper fit when installing. Replacement part for the Kvartal panel curtains.
This part is the little 4 wheel glider/slider that carries the panel. This is ONLY the plastic parts for the wheel assembly and does not include the metal wheel axles. You can pull the axles out of your broken part and slide them into this 3D printed part. If you don't have the metal axles I have another version of this part that is an all plastic glider. The all plastic version does not look like this version but works just as well. If you want metal axles you can go into any hardware store (Home Depot) or hobby store and find metal rods that would work as the axle or you can find metal rods at:

-Axle Rod Size: 2mm x 6.65mm Also you'll notice when you receive the part that the wheels are connected to the main body. That is so all the parts stay together while printing. Just snap the wheels off the main body and trim the protruding connector off with a knife, just takes a few seconds. Also the hole for the axles might be clogged up a with some of the loose 3D printing material which you can dislodge with a small drill bit, file, toothpick, etc.

This part has been printed, tested, and fits prexisting Ikea parts perfectly but be aware that 3D printed parts have a +/- tolerance of about .1mm so you might have to clean out some small holes with a toothpick or pin. Also areas with tight fits might need to be slightly filed or sanded. Nothing that takes more than a few seconds of work.
