deagostini Millennium Falcon Landing Gear Rod able

Hi, I wanted an accurate looking Landing Gear set That could be strengthened so It would hold up the 12kg plus falcon, and could be created from inexpensive Nylon. but still looked great. The separate component's (once cut from the sprues) snap together to form the three piece, back landing gear. After further developments. I am proud to present you with this landing gear. It has holes to put, brass or stainless steel strengthening rods, down the center columns and struts, you will need 500mm of 1mm rod or 1.5 if you drill it out by hand very easy to do, and  360mm of 2.5mm rod or heavy tube also 2 needles and several flat headed sewing pins to make the pistons and the pivots to compleat this kit. while keeping the proportional looks of the original blueprints. I did have had to make some minor modifications for it to fit the Deago landing bays inlays. This is so you won't have to modify your falcon, and so you can use the inserts that came with your original landing gear.  This upgrade is designed to be easy to put together but give the look of the professional and experienced model builder.
