Hi, I've been working on this for some time. because I've decided to drop my main floor as far down as practicability will allow so, I've had to allow for the bottom of it to be shaped to the hull the way you want it, and so as, to not lose too much of the detail, which to be, honest is why you would want one, so with that in mind, this is the first one of the two pits, and can be cut to size. you can leave some of the pipes to go through the inside hull plate (where appropriate). also, I have left the light housings as thin as possible, but not so thin that Shapeways won't print it. this means you will have to thin the back of the light in order to let the light penetrate through and act as a defuser, so as to light the inside of the pit. I will be showing what I do with mine when I get around to it, but that won't be for some time. so please send me your photos and I will post them here for everyone to see. and as always please let me know of any detail you would like to be added. if I can put it in I will.if you need the 2nd, floor maintenance pit please check out my store
