Cascade (two subunits deleted)

This is a surface representation of a CRISPR RNA-guided surveillance complex, Cascade, bound to a ssDNA target based on PDB ID 4QYZ. Two of the CasC subunits (chains E and G of the PDB) were deleted to show the DNA (blue) and RNA (red) double-stranded hybrid inside the complex. This model is related to a full-length Cascade complex.

The proteins are in pink (CasA) and green (CasB, CasC, CasD, CasE). DNA in blue and RNA in red.
