Skeleton Rear Body Bumper Mount Set

This mount setup attaches to the Skeleton Chassis REAR frame rails and accepts the Axial Bumper directly. Axial part number AX80126 shown here: http://www.axialracing.com/products/ax80126 and then accepts the bumper post setscrew pins for attaching the bumper to the mount. The mount sides will bolt to the frame using M3 x 8 screws, and then can bolt to the rear body post on the Jeep Hardbody to make a solid solution for rear attachment. The longer rails attach to the rear Skeleton shock tower holes using M3 x 8 screws and then you can use the reversible clip to hold down your battery pack in the rear of the Jeep Hardbody. The side rails and clip are reversible to get you 4 positions for battery clamping depending on the size of pack you are running. We recommend 2200mah 2s and 1300mah 3s battery packs in the rear of the Jeep. The battery hold down strap is secured using standard body pins and is easily removed after the whole body is installed. There's no need to remove the body for a battery change anymore. Looks great on the Skeleton Jeep builds, and can be used as a slide-through body mount if you drill 2 holes in the front of the Jeep Hardbody. Check out our pictures. This mount set comes with 2 battery straps, although only one is needed. You'll have a spare. Use only one strap at a time to clear the rear axle movement under the truck. INSTRUCTIONS: Break away each component from the tree, clean out holes with a small drill removing only the dust from printing. Install on the truck.
