Custom made, to make your own device please write me with:
1. Circumference halfway down shaft
2. Circumference where shaft meets head
3. Circumference at head's biggest point
4. Distance from the base-ring to the tip (measuring while you lie down supine)
5. Length of head (add 10-15mm of extra space)
6. Exit hole height (usually 21.mm)
7. Exit hole width (usually 9.mm)
8. Head coveage:100% (full closed) with 4 vent holes 75% about 3-4mm of free space 40% about 5-7mm of free space:
9.Tube coverage:100% with 6 vent holes 75% or 40% length:
10.Spike height ( 0mm = none, 2.5 light spike, 3mm normal spike and so on)
The correct measurement is when you are at your smallest, but not when you are shriveled up.
Wait 2 hours after showering or swimming before taking any measurements.
To take circumference measurements, use a string or something soft and flexible or measure tape.
Measure like a belt goes around your waist. Lie string flat on a ruler and note the size.
You need to select the ring

Measuring for the Main Ring:
A base ring should never hurt, the best fit is one that feels snug enough to avoid slipping, but loose enough that blood can flow and you feel comfortable.
Tie a rope around the base without pinching the skin, the skin should remain relaxed and unfolded.
Keep worn for a few hours, preferably overnight. Write down the rope length.Try to tighten until it becomes painful, stop here and take the ring with previous perimeter.
Gap Size: unfortunately, there is no way of measuring yourself to determine the gap size. If you are a CB6xx customer, 6mm is comparable to shortest spacer, 15mm the longest.
9mm or 12mm is a good starting point. The 6mm gap is intended for when you have a very large difference between cage and base ring diameters, 15mm with a big skin thickness.
9mm is a good starting point until 135-140mm of perimeter , 12mm over.
